All I wanted was an extension to manage my Google Chrome bookmarks. Not sure what this extension was designed to do.
$cam = does nothing = just a shortcut 2 existing garbage overly spaced built-in Chrome bookmarks list, & adds useless 'find' & the dupe finder won't let U select which ones 2 get rid of = junk.
The old bookmark manager was OK, once I got used to it. The new Bookmark Manager is a piece of ****. It's totally confusing even to try to do the simplist task. Whoever designed this program should be fired on the spot. They should be consigned to the funny farm. With improvements like this, who needs instructions? Next time I want vax advice, I'm gonna ask Bill Gates. Can I write a review with negative stars? Minus 10?
I just use the "View bookmarks" button to the chrome bookmark page because I have the tabby cat extension and I can't see my bookmark bar.

With even a little more effort you could have made the "New" Bookmark Manager even more complicated and confusing. WHERE ARE THE BOOKMARKS in the "New" Bookmark Manager??? Don't need all the instructions, just show the bookmarks and make the UI intuitive and simple.
The Overview here has a screenshot of a Search screen. In reality I can't find it. I can't search my bookmarks anymore. I used to be able to manage them in seconds. Why did Chrome take something that worked perfectly and break it??
I used to go to the upper right corner of my screen, click the menu, see "Bookmarks manager", and click that to find a specific website. That would take mere seconds. Can't do that now. I'm a home cook, and it's a total hassle to try to find a certain recipe, as the new "Bookmarks manager" makes it near impossible. It's a time-waster.
There are definitely better alternate is this does not delete duplicates doesn't also merge empty folders similar name folders it doesn't do lots of things you would think his basic it's basically a simplified HTML interface to your bookmarks list search mainly to collect your historical Records who knows what they're selling or where they're reselling that info to I do not recommend it nope

It doesn't delete any duplicates or empty folders. Scan works, but when I tried to delete, it won't do a thing.

I reinstalled my broswer, then there are like hundreads of duplicate bookmarks I have no idea why, so I try this extension, and this can scan all of duplicate bookmarks and delete them in the same fold for me. Very useful, highly recomended!
